Let the cost price of one orange be $C$

According to question $C\times 12\times \frac{3}{4}=60$

Solving we get $C=\frac{20}{3}$

Let he has to sell x oranges .

Then again According to question , $C\times \frac{5}{4}\times x=100$

Solving we get $x=12$
