Let M.P. $=$ Rs. $100$

Then S.P. $= \frac{2}{5}$ of M.P. $= \frac{2}{5} \times 100 =$ Rs. $40$

Loss $= 25 %$

Then, C.P. $= \frac{100}{100 - loss %} \times$ S.P.
