For $15\%$ gain
Let the cost price =$100$ Rs.
then Selling price=$115$ Rs.
If cost price is $100$ Rs.then selling price=$115$ Rs.
If cost price is $10$ Rs. then selling price=$\frac{115}{100}\times 10=11.5Rs.permeter.$
