According to question,

$A=\frac{75B}{100}......\left(1\right)$

$B=\frac{100A}{75}......\left(2\right)$

From (2)-(1) to,

$B-A=\frac{100A}{75}-\frac{75B}{100}$

$B-A=\frac{25A}{75}$

$\frac{(B-A)}{A}=\frac{1}{3}$

$\frac{(B-A)}{A}=33.33\%$
