By which energy we are able to move our hands?
If the first law of newton says that for producing motion you need an external unbalanced force to be applied or in simple words we can't move by ourselves so how are we able to move our hands?
Am i right in saying that the following are the series of action that take place when we hit a ball: We, by chemical energy produced by our body, move our hands to hit the ball. When our hands move this chemical energy gets converted into kinetic energy. As we hit the ball we do work on the ball and this kinetic energy gets transferred into the ball and the ball moves far away.
Assertion:- If we rub our hands together for several seconds, we will notice that our hands feel warm.
Reason:- This is because Chemical energy → Mechanical energy → Heat energy
