i. Domestic garbage is divided into two types, solid waste and liquid waste.
ii. The liquid waste should be disposed-off by connecting their source to the septic tanks or soak away pits.
iii. Solid waste is difficult to manage and thus its generation needs to be controlled. Solid waste that is generated can be reduced by buying loose fruits and vegetable to reduce packaging waste, by not using disposable materials, using rechargeable batteries, reusing paper and cardboard, donating used clothes and using reusable carry bags.
