In the question above we are given a list of cities and their temperature on a particular day.

First, we will convert the temperatures into integers. We will take $0^{\circ }$ as the reference, any temperature above that will be positive and any temperature below that will be negative.

Place Temperature
Siachin ${10}^{\circ }C$ below $0^{\circ }C$ = $-{10}^{\circ }$C
Shimla $2^{\circ }C$ below $0^{\circ }$ = $-2^{\circ }$C
Ahmedabad ${30}^{\circ }C$ above $0^{\circ }$ = ${30}^{\circ }$C
Delhi ${20}^{\circ }C$ above $0^{\circ }$ = ${20}^{\circ }$C
Srinagar $5^{\circ }C$ below $0^{\circ }$ = $-5^{\circ }$C

As we know the higher the numerical value of a negative integer, lower will be its value.

Among $-{10}^{\circ }$C, $-2^{\circ }$C and $-5^{\circ }$C, $-{10}^{\circ }$C is the lowest temperature.

Siachin with $-{10}^{\circ }C$ is the coolest place.
