Considering the above figure, we find that:

Number of circles in the rectangle = 2

Number of figures in the rectangle = 7

The ratio of number of circles to all figures

= $\frac{N u m b e r o f c i r c l e s}{T o t a l n u m b e r o f f i g u r e s}$

$= \frac{2}{7} = 2 : 7$
