$A r i t h m e t i c m e a n = \frac{S u m o f o b s e r v a t i o n s}{N u m b e r o f o b s e r v a t i o n s}$

$= \frac{S u m o f m a r k s o b t a i n e d}{N u m b e r o f s t u d e n t s}$

$= \frac{30 + 28 + 32 + 12 + 18 + 20 + 25 + 15 + 26 + 14}{10}$

$= \frac{220}{10} = 22$
Thus, arithmetic mean $= 22$ marks
