Let $x$ be degree of hydrolysis.
$x = \sqrt{\frac{K_{w}}{K_{b} . C}}$ $c = 0.1 M$
$x = 75.6 \times 10^{- 6}$ $K_{b} = 1.75 \times 10^{- 5}$
Degree of hydrolysis Constant $= 75.6 \times 10^{- 6}$
$p H = \frac{1}{2} (14 - l o g (0.1) - 4.757)$
$p H = 5.122$ $p O H = 8.878$
