Finding mean of the given data:
Since, $M e a n = \frac{S u m o f a l l o b s e r v a t i o n s}{T o t a l N u m b e r o f O b s e r v a t i o n s} . . . . . (i)$
Now, total number of observation $= 6$ [ From the given data]
sum of all observation $= 140 + 142 + 143 + 145 + 148 + 150 = 868$
So, Mean $= \frac{868}{6} = 144.67 c m$ [Using equation (i)]
Hence, mean of height is $144.67 c m$
.
