To find the angular velocity and the linear velocity of the tip of the second hand of a clock,
Solution:
As per the given criteria,
r=4cm
We know that angular velocity,
ω=angletimeω=2π60secω=π30rad/s
And Linear velocity,
v=rωv=4×π30v=0.42cm/sec
