The correct option is B 50
Let the breadth be b.
Then length is 2b.
The perimeter is given by
P=2(l+b)=2(2b+b)=6b.
Hence, 6b=30 b=5
Thus length is 10 cm and breadth is 5 cm.
Thus area is 50cm2
