The concentration of a solution is most of the time expressed as the number of moles of solute present in 1 Litre of the solution called as molarity but it can also be measured as
Concentration of solution = (mass of solute/Mass of solution) x 100 = ( 45 g / 500 g) x 100 = 0.09 × 100= 9%
