Step 1: Combining series resistances

R1 and R2 are in series
Ra=R1+R2=3+2=5 Ω

R4 and R5 are in series
Rb=R4+R5=6+4=10 Ω

Step 2: Combining parallel resistances

Ra,R3,Rb are in parallel.
