Calculate the mass of 3.011×1023 number of nitrogen atoms.

Step 1:

We know that,
1 mole of atoms = 6.022 × 1023 atoms
So
6.022 x 1023 atoms = 1 mole
1 atoms = 16.023×1023 mole
= 3.011 x 1023 atoms
= 3.011×10236.023×1023=12mole
Step 2:
We also know that,
1 mole of atom = atomic weight
So.
1 mole of nitrogen = 14 grams
12 mole of nitrogen = 12×14 = 7grams
So, mass of nitrogen atom = 7grams.
