1.5moleof Na+ ion

Open in App
Solution

  • The mole formula is-
  • Mole(mol)=Mass(g)MolarMass(g/mol)
  • We can rearrange the formula to get the mass formula.
  • Mass(g)=Mole(mol)×MolarMass(g/mol)
  • Molar Mass of Na+- 23
  • Moles of Na+- 1.5mol
  • We can substitute these values in the mass formula.
  • Mass=1.5×23
  • Mass=34.5g
  • Hence, 34.5g is the mass of 1.5mol of Na+.
