1) Atomic mass of hydrogen = 1 g
Atomic mass of nitrogen = 14 g
Atomic mass of oxygen = 16 g
Molar mass is sum of all the atomic masses.
Molar mass of HNO3 = 1 + 14 + 3 × 16 = 63 g

2) Atomic mass of chlorine = 35.5 g
Molar mass of HCl = 1 + 35.5 = 36.5 g
