Shearing strength of rivet
$=\frac{\pi }{4}\times (21.5{)}^2\times 80\times 2$
$=58.09kN$

$\text{Bearing strength of rivet}=d^{\prime }\times t\times {\sigma }_{br}$
$=21.5\times 8\times 250$
$=43kN$

$R_v=min(43,58.09)kN=43kN$
