Solution

p = 10 W

E in 1 Sec = 10 J,

% used to convert into photon

= 60 %

Energy used = 60100×10=6J

Energy used to take out 1 photon

=hcλ

=6.63×1034×3×103590×109

=6.63×3590×1017

No. of photons used

No. of photons used

=66.63×3590×109

=6×5906.63×3×1017=1.77×1019
