The correct option is B 1875
Given:
B=2.5×104 T; r=20×102 m
q=8 C; t=1 min=60 s

So, current will be

i=qt=860=215 A

The magnetic field produced by toroid inside the core of toroid is given by

B=μ0Ni2πr

2.5×104=4π×107×N×22π×20×102×15=105×N75

N=2.5×104×75105

N=1875×10=1875

Hence, option (b) is correct.
