In the given figure, sides FE and ED are unknown.
Now, FE + GH + CD = AB = 5.6 cm
$\Rightarrow$ 1.2 + 0.8 + FE = 5.6
$\Rightarrow$ FE = 3.6 cm

GF = ED = 5.8 cm and AH = BC = 6.4 cm

Perimeter of the figure is sum of all sides
= HG + GF + FE + ED + DC + CB + BA + AH
