Calculate the $p H$ of a solution obtained by diluting $25$ ml of decinormal $H C l$ to $500$ ml assuming complete ionisation of $H C l$ .

Concentration of dilutted Hcl solution
will be :-
$25 x 0.1 / 500 = 0.005 N$
$∴ P H$ of solution = log (0.005)
= 2.3010 (ans)
