$E_{C u^{2 +} / C u} = E_{C u^{2 +} / C u}^{0} - \frac{2.303 R T}{n F} l o g \frac{[M (s)]}{[M^{n +} (a q)]}$

$n = 2$

$E_{C u^{2 +} / C u} = 0.34 - \frac{0.059}{2} l o g \frac{1}{[C u^{2 +}]}$

$E_{C u^{2 +} / C u} = 0.34 - \frac{0.059}{2} l o g \frac{1}{[0.2]}$

$E_{C u^{2 +} / C u} = 0.34 - \frac{0.059}{2} \times l o g 5$

$E_{C u^{2 +} / C u} = 0.34 - \frac{0.059}{2} \times 0.7 \approx 0.32 V$
