Since, relative permeability is given by,

${\mu }_r=\frac{\mu }{{\mu }_0}$

Where, permeability of free space is ${\mu }_0=4\pi \times {10}^{-7}$

So, we get,

${\mu }_r=\frac{\pi \times {10}^{-10}}{4\pi \times {10}^{-7}}$

i.e. ${\mu }_r=0.25\times {10}^{-3}$
