Given: $2 x + 3 y - 5 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 3 y = - 2 x + 5$
$\Rightarrow y = \frac{- 2}{3} x + \frac{5}{3}$
Comparing with $y = m x + c$ , we get
$m = \frac{- 2}{3}, c = \frac{5}{3}$
$∴$ Slope $= \frac{- 2}{3}, y$ -intercept $= \frac{5}{3}$
