By ideal gas equation,
PV = n.RT
V = nRT/P
V = (0.109375*0.082*300)/(0.97368)
V = 2.763 litres.
Here,
n= moles = mass/molar mass = 3.5/32 = 0.109375
R = 0.082 l.atm/mol.K
T = 27+273 = 300 K
P = 740/760 = 0.97368 atm
