Weight of CO2=8.8g
no. of moles of CO2,(n)=wt.mol. wt.=8.844=0.2
Given that:-
Pressure, (P)=1bar
Volume, (V)=?
Temperature, (T)=31.1=(273+31.1)K=304.1K
R=0.083bardm3K1mol1
From ideal gas equation,
PV=nRT
1×V=0.2×0.083×304.1
V=0.0166dm3
