To calculate the volume of the figure, we need to calculate the volumes of each of the rectangular blocks forming this figure and add them up.

We can divide the figure into 4 blocks (marked in red) as shown in the figure.

Block1:

length= 11 cm

Width=4 cm

Height = 3 cm

Volume V=length×width×height

Volume V=11×4×3=132 cm3

Block2:

length= 6 cm

Width=4 cm

Height = 3 cm

Volume V=length×width×height

Volume V=6×4×3=72 cm3

Block3:

length= 6 cm

Width=4 cm

Height = 3 cm

Volume V=length×width×height
