  1. Pressure is equal to force per unit area, that is pressure is inversely proportional to the area.
  2. The human feet cover a little surface area, the entire weight of the body is concentrated over a little area, thereby increasing the pressure on the surface.
  3. Whereas the area of a camel's foot is large, the pressure when placing on sand is less which covers more surface area.
  4. The weight is distributed evenly and pressure is less. So, camels can walk on sand easily.
