Can a constant velocity be maintained in a body moving on a rough source without doing any work on it?

No, because work has to be done to compensate the energy loss due to the friction.
The work done by friction is the force of friction times the distance traveled times the cosine of the angle between the friction force and displacement.
Hence, we can say that it is not possible for a body to maintain constant velocity on rough surface without doing any work
