Can a national party change its symbol after winning election?Explain.

Dear student,

Yes, a national party change its symbol after winning election. But it subject to approval by Election Commission of India(ECI). Allotment and de-allotment of election symbols to political parties is governed by Election Symbols (Reservation & Allotment) Order, 1968 . This act makes ECI the supreme authority in such cases.
