Solution

  1. A solar cell panel is a set of solar cells or photovoltaic cells connected in a precise pattern to produce the necessary potential difference and amount of current.
  2. A solar panel can be used as an energy source in the space probe however, this is not possible for planets like Uranus, which are far from the sun.
  3. The heat of the sun does not radiate on Uranus due to the very long distance, so the solar panel will not work in that place.

As a result, solar panels cannot be employed as an energy source in a space probe launched to Uranus or beyond.
