  1. An object can not be in the state of rest for a longer time because of the point of reference or reference frame.
  2. Example: A tree is at rest for a man sitting on the ground, if the man is in a moving bus, the tree seems to be in motion to the same man.
  3. It is due the concept of the frame of reference, anything cannot be at the state of absolute rest or motion.
