Down syndrome can be detected during one of the following stages:
Ultrasound can down syndrome only at the back of the fetus’s neck by the presence of fluid.
Diagnosis after child becomes much older.
Parental diagnosis.
Down syndrome cannot go undetected as they show the presence of fluid while being a fetus in the mother's womb during ultrasonography and help diagnose the defect or disorder.
