Can I get 2 effects if lysosomes were absent in a cell??

if lysosomes will not be present in the cell then the forign bodies will attack the cell and will harm the cell. Other than this, the cell organelle which is not working and even if cell is dead and not working it will spoil other cell also because due to the absent nature of lysosome nothing will be digested.
