Can somebody explain inertial and non inertial frames? And also pseudo force.

Dear Student,
Inertial Frame are those frame , where the Newton's law are applicable . Further ,one can conclude from the above statement , that such a frame should be at rest or moving with a constant velocity . If the frame is accelerated , then it will be called a non inertial frame. . Non Inertial Frame are frame where Newton's law aren't applicable.
The reason for that is : there will be an additional force term due to the acceleration of frame itself , but that force isn't acting on body . This is what we call Pseudo Force .
