  1. Any change in an organism's surroundings that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain is called stress.
  2. Stress has been associated with the cause of neurological problems.
  3. It can cause relative disturbances in the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  4. Stress for longer periods of time can lead to higher glucocorticoids, neural chemicals, lower neurogenesis etc.
  5. These collective issues can further lead to neurological complications.
