Can the resolution to remove the VICE President of India from his Office be introduced ONLY in Rajya Sabha ? Can it be introduced in Lok Sabha ?

The Vice-President of India may be removed from his office by a resolution of the Rajya Sabha passed by a majority of its members and agreed upon by the Lok Sabha.But,it should be noted that the resolution requires 14 days notice to be moved in the Rajya Sabha.
