The easiest method is to draw arrow diagram.
Let us take two equations:
$a_{1} x + b_{1} y + c_{1} = 0$
$a_{2} x + b_{2} y + c_{2} = 0$
Draw the arrow diagram as follows:
The first pair will be under x, second will be under y and third will be under constant number 1.

So the equation will be
$\frac{x}{b_{1} c_{2} - b_{2} c_{1}} = \frac{y}{c_{1} a_{2} - c_{2} a_{1}} = \frac{1}{a_{1} b_{2} - a_{2} b_{1}}$
