Solution

Bacteria

  1. These a simple primitive unicellular organism that does not have a well-defined nucleus or any other membrane-bound organelles.
  2. They can be photosynthetic, heterotrophs, parasitic, symbiotic and saprotrophs.
  3. They are the most abundant organisms found on the planet and are present almost everywhere, even inside other organisms like humans.

Urine

  1. It is the by-product of metabolism where excess nitrogen and other waste materials are excreted.
  2. The urine liquid has a varied concentration of urea giving urine either pale yellow, colourless or amber-like colour.
  3. Urine is produced in the kidneys and stored in the urinary bladder later excreted through the urethra.
  4. Urine is a non-sterile liquid which means it contains some degree of bacteria.
  5. This can be due to a number of reasons like bacteria in drinking water, gut microbes, food that we consume, etc.
  6. The bacteria in urine is usually not a sign of any serious illness or disease.
