Can velocity of light means 'c' be infinite or negative?

Open in App
Solution

Well, the velocity of light is 299 792 458 m/s and it is a finite value. Velocity is a measure of speed and its direction, negative velocity means the direction is opposite to that of the observer if you flash a flashlight onto a mirror, the velocity of the light bouncing back will be negative, but its speed will still remain constant.
