Solution

Given,

AB=3 cm
BC=3.5 cm
CA=6.5 cm

According, to triangle inequality theorem the sum of length of any 2 sides of a triangle must be greater than third side.
But, here 3+3.5=6.5AB+BC=CA
The triangle with given measurements cannot be formed.
