Systematic errors are errors which is difficult to identify and correct.Hence we can only minimize it but can't be eliminated completely. Systematic errors in experimental observations usually come from the measuring instruments.
We can minimize them by following techniques

• Careful Calibration
• Best possible techniques
• Discover and control them .
