Can we have a source of energy which is not a fuel? Explain with an example.

Dear Student,


Fuel is some substance which releases energy on reacting with others. Of course, We can have such sources of energy which are not fuels. They are Sun, Wind, Hydro-Energy etc. These are natural and primary sources of Energy. In fact, these are renewable sources of energy. Sun itself is biggest source of Energy in solar system. But, we are not so well equipped and developed that we can use solar-energy very efficiently.
