can we see the real image formed by concave mirror inside the mirror ? if not then how can we see our image on the spoon.

Real images are formed on the screen. We can see the real image on the spoon because image is formed at the retina of our eyes and then we see the image on the spoon.
From the ray diagrams of the concave mirror, we find that the image formed is virtual and erect if the object is placed between the pole and the focus of the mirror.
Now when you look into a mirror, the focal length of the concave mirror is appreciable. When you see yourself, the image of you formed behind the mirror is enlarged and erect as you(object) hold the mirror close or lie between the focus and pole of the mirror. In case of the spoon, since it is small in aperture, the focal length is also very small , as a result the image formed is real and inverted.
