can we stop permanent racidity if we use both methods like keeping food in air tight containers and using antioxidents for same food means for eg we take any food we kept it in airtight container and also use antioxidents to prevent from rancidity permanently means it will never get oxidised for a long period of time

Permanently we cann't stop the rancidity as the food material has dead cells, it is stopped for a particular time only. Afterwards, the fungal growth will takes place.
