Solution

The bones, muscles, and joints in our body form many levers in our body. The human body has all the classes of levers:
1. Class 1 lever

  1. The fulcrum of a class 1 lever is formed when the top of the spine meets the skull, allowing us to move our heads up and down.
  2. The load is carried by the head, and the effort is exerted by the muscle that supports the skull at the back of the neck.

2. Class 2 lever

  1. When you stand on your toes, your toes act as a fulcrum.
  2. Your calf muscles serve as the effort against the load, i.e., the weight of the body.

3. Class 3 lever:

  1. When you bend your arm, it works as a class 3 lever.
  2. The fulcrum is at the elbow.
  3. The biceps muscles are responsible for the effort required to bend the forearm against the load, which is the forearm's weight.
  4. When you bend your arm while holding something heavy in your hand, the weight adds to the load.
