Can you live without a nucleus?

Solution
Role of the nucleus:
In multicellular eukaryotic cells, the nucleus is the main controller organelle which contains genetic material (DNA).
DNA conducts the synthesis of all proteins and enzymes.
Nucleus regulates gene expression and controls all the functions in the cell, so without it the cell will die.
During cell division karyokinesis (nucleus division) occurs which divides the cell into daughter cells.
Without a nucleus, cells will not divide further.
So, without a nucleus, no cell and hence no organism can survive.
