Can you observe a common relation between the second and the first co-ordinate of each of the following points (0, 3), (1, 5), (2, 7), (3, 9) and (4, 11) write the relation. What is the graph of that relation?

After observing all the above-given coordinates we can say that,
every $y -$ coordinate is 3 more than $2$ times the x-coordinate
Hence, the line joining the given coordinates will be a line graph with the equation $y = 2 x + 3$
